Lord Cyril is organizing efforts among the citizens of Astarrea, the Melaeris holding, to find loopholes among Thrax and Tyde law with the intention of freeing some of the thralls refugees from their financial responsibilities, or jail time.
Result
Lord Cyril Melaeris is a passionate defender of Thralls' Rights (such as they are), in the Isles, and has been doing work in providing significant legal assistance for various thralls that find themselves in the city of Astarrea. Tirelessly working on their behalf, he repeatedly finds legal precedents to help thralls in questionable circumstances escape their debts, winning him some annoyance in the Isles and great approval elsewhere else.
