Action by Darrow(RIP)
Darrow of Darkwater had his ship, the Reaper, moored at a smaller locale not far north of the main harbor of the city. He sends word to his captain, Hellespont, to track any ships leaving abruptly, or bearing men or soldiers that arouse suspicion. He himself will assist the actions of the Thrax, Abbas and Max.
Result
The Hellespont reported that a number of ships cast off in response to the fighting and chaos in the city, not wanting to be caught up by it as some guards fought one antoher at the docks, but near as they can tell no guardsmen left the Port of Arx by ship. However the Hellespont is reasonably certain that a very fast ship was spotted leaving the bay of thrax going from the North sailing quickly to the south, but couldn't identify it... save that it flew no flag, which is illegal and must have been a smuggler.
