Setarco Crime Cleanup

Duchess Belladonna Pravus has authorized and acted in support of a crime smackdown in Setarco. Working swiftly to prevent the real masterminds from getting away, the Pravus guards move through the city and, in a single day, arrest a large number of criminals and suspected criminals. They are by turns summarily executed or expelled from Pravus lands depending on the severity of their crimes. It's a bold move, but since this is the Lyceum, the people do wonder what prompted it. For now though, no one's talking.
