Deepwood Military Parades and Recruitment

Under Marquis Rymarr, military parades and all manner of military exhibitions, drills, tournaments and recruitment drives are happening in Deepwood lands. The goals are threefold - to show appreciation for the forces that make up Deepwood's military forces. Second, to build readiness for future threats. And third, to recruit even more.
It would be hard for this not to be successful. Marquis Rymarr and Marquessa Samantha both show up to encourage spirit and inspire their people. Lady Jessa and Lord Grady too - and those who look to the Deepwoods are reminded that the family is growing and that, under the direction of Marquessa Samantha the family is rebuilding even as their lands are strengthened. Duke Gabriel and Princess Reese take the time to involve themselves in these military festivals as well, reminding the people that the Deepwoods are well connected and honorable, and not without resources when times are hard.
And those resources seem to be intelligently used to good effect, as it's rumored Dame Ida is the smith responsible for all the fine weapons used in the tournaments and parades and drills - and that she's the one that's making sure the refitting of all new recruits goes smoothly with quality gear.
