Orrin Welcomes Thralls

Count Orrin Seliki has seen to large scale infrastructure improvements at Pearlspire, making a point that House Seliki as a house founded by former thralls will be ready and capable to welcome and house former thralls that find themselves freed and wish to leave the Isles. Traditionalists in the Isles are infuriated, as despite Victus' announcement do not fully see the matter as settled, but most of the Compact appreciate Orrin's gesture and wish to see more of it, with more rulers making an effort to be ready to help ease the transition period as it comes.
