Chevalle Observatory

After much work, an observatory is built in Chevalle. It is a beautiful place, filled with knowledge - a center of learning and science and philosophy. Under the direction of Lord Kincade, with the support of Count Philippe and the aid of Cerdensulathara, Astraea, and Calista, it is a lovely location in Blanchard lands that welcomes all who come with a goal of expanding minds and knowledge, spreading it far and wide.
