Setarco opens a new College War called the School of Steel and Silk, with the nobility of House Pravus unveiling the new structure to parades and great acclaim on the birthday of Tiberio Pravus, the former Sword of Setarco and Butcher of Luciva. As part of the celebrations, House Pravus has made enormous outreach to thralls of the Mourning Isles, offering generous grants to the landless willing to come to Setarco and enlist in their military- the armies of Setarco swell, to the alarm of some other Lycene peers.
An extravagantly beautiful new chapel dedicatd to Gloria has been consecrated on the grounds of the School of Steel and Silk, and a large number of Disciples of Gloria are among the students of the new College, winning praise from the Lycene Faithful for its emphasis on honorable combat, tactics and fighting. Some Oathlanders houses criticize the shrine as, "an attempt by the Lycene to legitimize their behavior and methods" while others praise it as a positive sign, showing a proper appreciation for chivalry, and Lady Celeste Pravus, the Iron Kraken of Setarco, becomes a hotly debated figure in the west as to whether she's a friend or enemy of the Oathlands.
