The socials arts are often one of the most formidable weapons of the Lycene courtier. More than a few hapless nobles have found themselves thrown delightfully off-center by the ruthless, yet mesmerizing application of such arts. So, it is not huge surprise that an institution to teach and perfect such arts is located within the heart of the Lyceum: Lenosia. Called The Oleander School in honor of the Oleander of Lenosia, Princess Berenice Velenosa, the academy boasts an advanced courtier's education for pupils both of means and not. Individuals, both famous and less so, from all over the Compact offer their assistance.
