House Brightmoon on the Fence?

House Brightmoon is a barony under House Dredcall. Their domain, the Bay of Tranquility, is a sleepy region in the middle of the Isles. It's of interest mostly to historians, as its eponymous bay was the site of a key battle during the Crownbreaker Wars, and still contains sunken ships from hundreds of years past.
Baron Pelle Brightmoon, who took control of the domain after a brief period of upheaval, sailed under Ivan Helianthus as a young man. He's on record as being vociferously pro-thralldom, pro-traditions, and anti-Victus.
That's why it's curious that, in the days following the Assembly of Peers, House Brightmoon has yet to declare a side in the Civil War. Their diplomats have made it abundantly clear that House Brightmoon has not yet recognized the claim of Princeš¤“ Dagon Thrax as the rightful Highlord of the Mourning Isles, but at the same time, they will not commit to joining the forces of Prince Victus, either. No conditions have been set, no demands have been made. For now, House Brightmoon is sitting on the fence.
