Duke Harald Grimhall, the new Duke of Grihem's Point, has been key in organizing the defense of Arx by sea and its harbor in the Lower Boroughs. Ships flying the flags of Grimhall, Pravus, Nilzana, and Darkwater have been intercepting any possible threats to the shipping commerce of Arx, and more importantly boarding merchant vessels to search them for Bringers. Coupled with patrols in Lower Boroughs to secure tunnels or root out suspicious individuals, the Lower Boroughs and harbor are well prepared for any bringer attacks. Lady Carita and others reach out to many of the residents to smooth over the tension resulting from the methods, and avoiding any bloodshed in the Lower Boroughs.
