Liberated Thralls

It doesn't escape notice of many Islanders that a not-at-all insignificant number of former thralls of the Isles seem to be turning up in House Deepwood lands, or throughout the Compact. There hasn't been any uptick in thefts or runaways past the norm, but buying off the debts of thralls had seen a sharp recent rise. It does appear that some individuals, particularly those associated with the discipleship of the First Choice and House Deepwood, seem to be involved.
