Seeking GM for Lowers Shenanigans

Hi! I'm looking for a GM to do a one-shot scene taking place in the Lowers. The background is that Evaristo has promised to give Jian Cai from the Undying Empire, a tour of the Lowers, and we're hoping to run into some trouble - nothing PC-killer, so low tier GMs welcome here! Something light, fun, but could be something related to other plottage too if fitting it in.
