GMs Needed to Torture Ministers

Hello! I am looking to bribe STs into running one off plots for my ministers. I would love to get Velenosa's Ministers something to do that focuses on their job duties within Lenosia. I would love to brainstorm (I wrote my Minister guide for reasons), with a GMs to see about giving each Minister their own story so the positions and titles aren't just assigned without something of substance to back them up.
