Wanted: CULLERS

Does the shady side of life interest you? Two spanking new characters have arrived on the roster! Honestly, both look amazing! (If I wasn't already playing Raja, I would likely pick one.)
Rebekah: She is simply fed up with people in general. They just let you down! So, she has turned to a pack of half-feral street mongrels. She is a known dog trainer and an enforcer for the Cullers! And.. she is buds with Raja! (I love having buds.)
Loramus (Lor): Then there is Loramus. This man is a snoopy investigator that knows how to lay low and listen. He is not a blood Culler, but in the Lowers, bloodlines do not make family. He was recruited to the Cullers for his amazing information gathering skills.
So what is a Culler? Cullers are a merchant-style Lowers family that hold extremely deep roots in the Lowers. They have a small fleet of boats and use them to their best advantage.
