So Long & Thanks 4 Da Fish

(Lets try again on a computer and not a phone.)
I know Ainsley was a polarizing character. He was hot-headed, arrogant, and cocky. He believed he was Special. He was the Savior. Which could be very offputting both OOC and IC. That he died a round before self-sacrificing himself b/c he was certain he'd survive at least one hit from Azazel is 100% fitting and satisfying as an end to his character. This his death has hit me in an way OOC I wasn't expecting. I'm still a little bit shaken up bout it.
I wanted to thank everyone who has made this game so amazing over the last near-decade. Apos, Tehom, Hellfrog, /all/ of staff. You guys are absolutely amazing. There are far too many players I have interacted with over the years to single everyone out, and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings so let me just say to everyone: You guys are absolutely stunning and the best. I adore everyone on this game and hope that you are having satisfying and jaw-dropping and just smashing good times trying to stop the nibbler from eating reality.
Unlike Clover who had a feeling she could die, Ainsley it didn't even cross Ainsley's mind so I don't have any departing journals to write for him.
So I just want to say OOC thank you, everyone. You're amazing. I love you. I'm sorry if I ever upset you with my IC words or actions or with my /ooc/ behavior. Please note I never intended to hurt anyone, but at times I know I got too caught up in main-character syndrome when playing Ainsley. And I'm truly sorry for that.

P.S. Everyone who shouted 'for ainsley' in the battles after he died, made me cry ugly tears even worse than when Clover sacrificed herself. You guys are amazing.
P.P.S. This is selfish but I hope Threnody gets made into a House Sword in Arx2.0
