Honorifics and Propriety

Added a couple mods that we can apply to characters that represent societal approval/disapproval, that makes it harder or easier for them to gain prestige, effectively. For example, prodigals having a harder time keeping effective prestige, or newly ennobled commoners, or illegitimate children, or other black sheep type character flavors people enjoy playing but didn't have a way to represent that. Will probably be a while as we tweak different values and add them. Honorifics are actions that can carry legend with them, or positions that have legend associated with them, such as important titles or honors bestowed on someone.
