House Shepherd

So I went ahead and CG'd the third Grayson duchy that had been offscreen NPCs for forever, House Shepherd. They'll probably get a good bit of interest, so we'll hold apps for them for a week, and for people interested in apping them, if you ever have two characters, it's fine to put in an app and just say which character you'd roster if your app is accepted.
On a somewhat related note, more of the NPC houses will be getting defined, but not become PCs/get bits, just having a lot more context and detail added some the different PC houses know who their vassals are and can interact with them more meaningfully, and staff can GM them in their responses. That'll be kind of a long term project but coming up. When I get to it, I'll probably take a lot of suggestions from folks and post about it.
