Alt Rules Change

The original alt rules were made for a muuuuuuuuuuch smaller game, and decided to do a few revisions to simplify things.
-Removed the social rank restrictions, I don't think it's valuable and people are more drawn to active houses than ranks and so on.
-Removed the fealty restriction. Characters can be in the same 'umbrella' orgs, provided they don't share the same storylines. This means great house, Faith of the Pantheon, Shadow Court, etc that have sub orgs are largely okay, or would be evaluated on case by case if there would be conflicts.
-Just can't be in the same +plots.
