New Beginnings, Large and Small

I am delighted to announce the upcoming onset of a Festival of the Queen of Endings, concept developed by Evaristo Arterius and a band of helpers and assistants that I could not be happier to thank. In the following weeks, a number of parties and themed events are scheduled as part of this rolling festival, thanks to Evaristo, Princess Helena, House Malvici, all the crafters and artists who are working on themed material for this, and I am given to understand also the entire Bard's College and apparently the Iron Guard for making sure nobody gets trampled during this large undertaking.
At the beginning of such a celebration to the Mother of all Beginnings, there is no time I find more appropriate to announce the elevation of Evaristo Arterius to the shared rank of First Harlequin. In the best traditions of the best reward for a job well done being another job, his dedication to the Queen shall now be rewarded with a role as Voice to her discipleship.

And everyone: have a great deal of fun and make a great deal of noise as the sixth month of 1011 rolls around.
