Let it be known that the Navegant Redoubt, which currently stands empty, has been provisioned as a shelter for civilians in any instance where such a shelter should prove necessary. Anyone, from the Isles or otherwise, who can make it to the doors of the Redoubt at any time when it flies Navegant's colors will be admitted, as long as their intentions are peaceful.
