Proscipi Birth Announcement

News from the far southern reaches of the Saffron brings the tiding of new life. Marquessa Cassiopeia Proscipi with her Consort Nazmir, announce their first children. The parents cannot be happier.
Lady Harmonia Proscipi will be heir and one day lead the Arakkoan people. She will be supported by her twin brother, Lord Atticus (Attio) Proscipi. Together, sister and brother bring hope for the future of Tremorus.
Celebrations have erupted through the holding of Tremorus and its vassals. A festival will continue for the week and every year after.
In honour of the birth, House Proscipi will make a donation to the Harlequins. The family encourage others to do what they can for their community.
