Lyceum and Oathland Betrothal

It is with great honor and the strengthening of an alliance between the Lyceum and the Oathlands, I announce the betrothal of Princess Ophelia Velenosa and Lord Jasper Steelhart. Upon marriage, Lord Jasper will join House Velenosa and become Prince Jasper Velenosa.
House Steelhart and Highhill has faced unspeakable tragedy and devastation, and because House Steelhart can not benefit from such an alliance, House Velenosa pledges to donate to each House beneath House Valardin's banners as well as to the Faith.
