Council Announcement

My fellow citizens of Arx, I come to you with good news! A new council has been formed to represent the common folk! I would love to introduce your newest councilors! Dacian Publius, Aksel Nygard, Cufre Harrow, Caspian Wild, and myself, Raja Culler.
Furthermore, with the recent events of the blood rain and the panic it has caused, the council is forced to hit the streets immediately. Five hundred thousand silver is being donated towards workers and supplies to cleanse the streets from this blood lest it fester and grow filth. Also, feel free to reach out to any of these newly appointed councilors or myself for any needs you may have.
