Assistance of the Mirrormasks

To the people of Arvum:
With the arrival of Shav'arvani refugees in the city of Arx, the Shrine of the Thireteenth God will give assistance and counselling to all those affected by the Forgetfulness Plague. Effective immediately, His Mirrormasks will offer Consultations and therapy to assist in processing fear and unspecified trauma, legal representation if needed, and connections to services offered outside the shrine. Further, one million silver will be donated to fund housing, food, and other necessities for the refugees.
