Harthall-Laurent Engagement

In the spirit of Change and the promise for a brighter future, it is with pleasure that the two Houses, the Duchy of Laurent, and the March of Harthall do announce a formal engagement of one Lady Mabelle Laurent to the Marquis Orvyn Harthall.
To give time for both parties to settle their accounts and for the commitment to pursue feasibility of interest, the two shall be engaged for the period of three months upon which an appropriate wedding shall take place. Upon completion of this period and the conclusion of the wedding ceremony, Lady Mabelle Laurent shall enter into the House of Harthall as Marquessa-Consort and will accept the rights and responsibilities of the title therin. As heir apparent is already existing within the Harthall House, the union shall be one of benefit both of social and economic benefit through the joining of two minds dedicated in their pursuit of agrarian, finacial, and commercial application throughout both Houses.
It has been stated and it has been blessed as required under law and propriety, thus it is so.
