Refuge in Sanctum

It should go without saying, but it must be said anyhow. Any who seek refuge may do so at Sanctum. I encourage anyone and everyone within the Oathlands to flee there. Some of you have seen what is coming. You have encountered it or know someone who has. You have heard the stories. I implore you to believe me when I say that they are true, and there is worse to come. Sanctum is made to withstand any siege, and is the birthplace of the Faith. It will stand.
I am certain I have made decisions that are unpopular with some. I have made choices that not every Oathlander agrees with. But I have always acted with honor, and with my duty to your safety and prosperity and spiritual health in mind. So I am aware that when I say I do not care //where// in the Oathlands you reside - sanctioned, or unsanctioned - I do not care what banner you follow - I only care that you get yourself to safety within Sanctum's walls, that you may be angry and afraid.
I accept that, and any consequences that come afterwards. But know that I still, even now, make this declaration only with honor and out of love for Arvum and the Compact. You are all welcome in the White City. Together, we can survive. We will survive. Do not hesitate, just go. Your things, the structures you live in, it can all be replaced. It is your life that matters.
And in return, I vow that I will fight to the very last breath if I must to defend your lives and your future.

The towns of Tongdjiyi and Reba are requested to comply with the High Lady of the Oathlands and take temporary shelter in Sanctum, by order of Emissary Xia.

The people of Artshall and all those under the banner of Laurent are to evacuate to Sanctum. Those who wish to remain and aide in the protection of the city and waystation are welcome. Provisions including medical support will be delivered en-mass.
