You Are Not Alone

At first light, a series of notes can be found pinned to doors and fences throughout every ward in the city of Arx, rolled and tied with copper colored ribbon, with only a scant few scattered reports of red cloaked individuals to explain their presence. Each note reads as follows:
The days are dark, the nights darker, but not everything that lives in the shadows is against you. We hold to our oaths, to our friendships, to our promises, to the memory of those lost to us, and the hope of the ones who brought us together. We are here, and we hold.
The Copper Guard remains. You do not stand alone. We stand with you. We always have. We always will.
