Pravus Call For Immediate Shelter & Preparation for Siege

Troubling word from regarding affairs beyond the borders of the Compact in the midst of the advancing horde that has come upon us.
The tales of the wave of calamity that is to crash shortly upon our shores and the threat of darkness that, if words are to be believed, will swallow us whole, is deeply concerning.
To this, I state firmly - we shall stand as light against the darkness.
Out of an abundance of caution, we decree that all shall move /immediately/ to seek shelter within the closest walled cities and fortresses within our dominion - including those of the Shav'arvani who border upon our lands, and all those who live amongst us.
All cities of Setara and the Saffron Chain are to swiftly make ready for an extended siege. Extra consideration to be taken to ensure security and enough supplies, raw materials, seeds for future cultivation, and water for all, including livestock, should this be a prolonged state of emergency.
Heads of Houses and their Voices and ministers will are expected to ensure plans are in place for their regions. All citizens are expect assist where possible.
All citizens who are able are called to stand to ensure the swift implementation of this action.
We have rallied before and shall rally again.
Let us prepare for siege, for war, and for victory. We shall prevail. May the gods have mercy upon us.
