All Faith to Arms

In recent conflicts and even Crusades we have not had to use the full force of the Templars, great as it is. That has changed. As Grandmaster of the Templars I determine that the needs are such that I must request of the Faith that all Templars must be called to arms. As Carnifex, I say that this call is just and necessary and that this request shall come into force.
Those Templars who can make it to Arx should do so, and those forces who fought at Harrow Hall are hereby retained in service and shall camp at Arx. Those Templar parishes present at Arx shall send their Knight Commanding, or their most senior disciple, to the Templar Compound from where the defense of the Faith is to be Co-ordinated. All other Templars are to report to their parish, or their nearest parish if away from home, and make their way to the closest fortifiable place and safeguard the people there. Each moment we buy, each moment we fight, is another moment for the innocent to be moved to safety. Gloria asks this of us, we must answer.
The forges of the Templars shall operate day and night to produce spears and pikes, with those arms being made available for the equipping of those who wish to defend the city. Any smiths seeking to support that effort should report to Dame Ida, Master of the Artillery Train. Those who wish to join the Templars of Arx Parish may report to the Templar Compound.
With Dame Bree focusing on other matters at the moment, Sir Jeffeth shall act as interim Grandmaster of the Solace in her stead for as long as this crisis shall last.
