House Telmar's Command

Proclamations signed in the hand of Duke Ansel fly from the City of Arx to his holdings in the Telmarch. In part they read:
Therefore, we so order that all citizens of the Telmarch, and all vassals of the Duke of Telmar, evacuate to Sanctum or Arx immediately. Failure to do so will forfeit your life to the oncoming Enemy. Our forces have been dispatched to their positions, and they will hold as long as possible, so as to ensure the safety and protection of as many of our people as possible but these dire times call for strict order and obedience...
