Rose Barons

If you belong to a rose barony outside of the walls-- noble or commoner.
I am not your king, but I am sworn to protect Arx. That protection does not have to extend only to the walls itself. I will be sending a thousand of my guardsmen (and women) out to the rose baronies.
Abandon your houses, your lands, everything. My men will cover your retreat into Arx itself.
