The Hundred Cities

To the people of the Hundred Cities,
For once in my life I find that words escape me and none of them in any order placed can convey the message I wish to share.
To House Malespero and the people of Nilanza and Port Venture
To House Fidante and the people of Tor
To House Mazetti and the people of Ostria
To House Malvici and the people of Southport
To House De Lire and the people of Fen de Lire
To House Gilden and the people of Caith
To House Igniseri and the people of Granato
To Houses Rubino and Zaffria and the people of Gemecitta
To House Saik and the people of Saikland Greens
To House Hawkmour and the people of Brassfall March
To House Corvini and the people of Iasu
To House Magnotta and the people of Caer Morien
To House Difidante and the people of The Roseward
To House Tessere and the people of Fortezza di Iriscal
I record these Houses and their lands to memory so that history will look favorably upon their bravery and the sacrifices made. So that history will remember the impossible choices presented to each, and each decision is met with grace and understanding for there was no right answer.
I record these names and places as a reminder that these were people and not just stories and tales, but instead hopes and dreams and passions. These people are the Lyceum and will be remembered.
To the people of the Hundred Cities, I can never repay you for all you have done, but you have my word that I will work till my last breath to see each city restored to its former glory and beyond. We make our stand at Lenosia, and I will not see your efforts or the trust you have placed in me wasted.
No one may harm us unpunished.

We will not let chance nor fate determine our future, we will continue to write our own. House Malvici moves to Lenosia to protect the Lyceum first, then onto Arx.
