Orders of Evacuation

To the people of Blancbier,
Long have we held this land and protected it for many generations. However, the enemy we face now is that which we cannot stand against alone. Therefore, it is with regret that I order all vassals and citizens of Blancbier to evacuate to Sanctum at once. Take only what you can carry. Time is precious. We will rally to our liege, and stand with the Valardin there. Our duty is to protect as many as possible. Blancbier can be rebuilt later.
