Offer of Shelter

To the citizens of the Compact,
When Marquessa Estil Navegant gave me charge of House Navegant, she told me to follow one imperative: House Navegant must do everything that it can to repay Thrax, the Compact, and the Faith for its past misdeeds. Its redemption must be earned. Following the spirit of her instructions, the Navegant Redoubt has been outfitted as an emergency shelter of last resort. When House Navegant's turtle banner flies over the Redoubt, this will signal that its doors are open to accept anyone who comes in need of shelter or medical care, regardless of who they are or their station in life.
On a personal note, it is my hope that there are other noble families spread out among the wards who will choose to take up this cause.
