The people of Zaffria are grateful for the time that Duchess Sylvie has given them. She oversaw a time of peace that will not be forgotten. Now is not a time of peace, however, and we recognize it is time for new leadership. Today, I step forward and assume to mantle of Duchess of Zaffria.
