Our Banners Called

Vile words and insidious deeds have left their mark upon the valiant men and women of the Compact. Attributed to those who would smash our ships and kill our heroic and esteemed individuals, these words and deeds are blamed upon Cults. Cults, a small word that has left the taste of ashes and blood in our mouths, is now inadequate to describe the fanatics that now sail in the fleet calling itself Maelstrom's End.
From the East come the zealots that bent knee not to common wisdom, not to the Compact and our King, not to our Gods and traditions. From the East, a pirate fleet sails with murderous intent.
From the North, the South, the West, and the East comes something greater. From all directions of the Compact comes hope and dedication. From these directions come aid and allies.
The Knights of the Temple march to your aid, Compact. Their banners have been called and now rise over the gathering forces. Hymns to Gloria shall be sang to the beat of hooves and images of hope painted in the glint of light on armor. We gather our forces now to stand with you against the maniacal proclamations of a pirate that the isles have declared no king of theirs.
Join us as we pass through; break bread with us and sing songs around our fires; or merely wave and cheer as we pass. Whatever you do, know that the Templars gather for your aid and succor. No true heart, no loyal citizen, no devout soul need fear our coming. We are the Sword of the Faith; Shield of the Righteous.
