Grand Admiral Victus

As our brave mariners prepare to defend the Compact from the blasphemous pirate threat from the east, the navies of the great fealties of Arvum will soon be banding together and setting sail in coordinated fleets. In order to ensure we battle effectively as a unit, I am appointing High Lord Victus Thrax as the temporary Grand Admiral of the combined Compact armada.
Grand Admiral Victus will have overall tactical command of the Compact forces at sea for the duration of this conflict until we are triumphant over the pirate threat and our waters are safe from their unprovoked predations once again.
