Natural Disasters

In the Stormwinds episode, I noted that Anti-Dominus Waldo called the hurricane and destruction of Astarrea as a manifestation of Mangata's wrath. I wanted to point out that this is NOT dogmatic for the faith, and is essentially heretical. The Faith typically views that natural disasters are natural disasters, and it is offensive to the gods to portray the poor fortunes of the world as being due to their will. 'One cannot know the minds of the gods' would be the common sentiment. Further, the gods are generally viewed as positive only manifestations of what they do- Lagoma isn't the goddess of fire, but positive/beneficial uses, like cooking, heating, etc.
I felt I should clarify since an NPC acting in a heretical way would not be immediately thematically obvious to most players, and that kind of heretical slide is something the Faith has to periodically deal with, which is particularly threatening in this case as it is coming from a dogmatic schism.
