Minor features:

You can now get help on some currently unavailable commands, which will note that you can't currently execute them. For example, going @ooc and doing 'help whisper' would display that, as would doing 'help bank' when outside of it.

+manageroom now lets you set separate descriptions for different seasons, using the main /desc as a fallback if the current season is not defined. You can also embed strings in descs that only display at certain times of day. For example, <morning>It is a bright and sunny morning.</morning> will display only if the time of day corresponds to the morning.
