Take special action in combat
Usage:
@specialaction
@specialaction/preset <number of GM declared action>
@specialaction <description of what you're doing>

Declares intent to take an action in a GM'd combat. This allows players to
either select a type of action that a GM has declared available, or to
specify their own action.
