Dispatches or receives in-game messengers. Messengers are an
abstraction of any IC communication through distances - they
can be people sent as messengers, courier ravens, whatever, as
long as it's largely a letter being delivered personally to a
receiving character. You can also deliver objects with the 'deliver'
command.

To draft a message before sending it, use the 'draft' switch, review
your message with 'proof', and then finally send it with 'send'.

When sending deliveries, you can specify more than one receiver. If you
are delivering an object, it will be sent to the first receiver you list.
Money and crafting materials are sent to each person listed, charging you
the total. For example, 'messenger/money copper,prism|50=hi!' would cost
a total of 100 silver.
